About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our facility team. In this role, you will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our plant operations by performing expert mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and system troubleshooting on a wide range of industrial equipment. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and operational longevity. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues across plant systems. Fabricate, weld, and install piping and pump components to support facility infrastructure upgrades. Maintain precise service records and inventory logs to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Adhere strictly to Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and all environmental health and safety protocols. Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, to assist in the installation and repair of critical plant assets. Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify recurring equipment failures and implement long-term corrective solutions. Qualifications Required Skills 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system troubleshooting and repair. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, and working in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a respirator fit test. Experience working with piping systems, fluid dynamics, and industrial instrumentation. Preferred Skills Prior experience with distillation stills, cooling towers, and boiler systems. Current certification or experience working in confined spaces. Strong technical documentation skills for tracking maintenance compliance.
