This role supports reactive and preventive maintenance, assists with repairs and installations, and helps maintain organized, well-stocked shop areas. You?ll work closely with other departments and team members, tackle a variety of mechanical and basic electrical tasks, and play a key role in minimizing downtime.

We?re currently seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our equipment, machinery, and facility operating safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform reactive and preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems Diagnose issues, make repairs, and adjust machinery as needed Assist with dismantling equipment to repair or replace defective components Support installation of new plant equipment and perform installation tasks independently when able Assist with electrical projects and perform minor electrical repairs Maintain building systems, including lighting, ballasts, and elements Operate shop tools, equipment, and maintenance-related machinery within skill level Keep shop areas clean, organized, stocked, and inventoried Conduct preventive maintenance tasks safely and on schedule Assist other departments as needed Inspect and assist work performed by outside contractors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Respond to assigned repairs, emergency maintenance, and preventive maintenance needs
