Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, CNC, and PLC-controlled systems.
Install, align, and maintain motors, drives, bearings, conveyors, and rotating equipment.
Service sensors, actuators, valves, and instrumentation; replace worn components.
Fabricate, weld, and machine parts to support repairs and tooling needs.
Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and inventory using CMMS systems.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
Partner with production, engineering, and quality teams on root-cause analysis and process improvements.
QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED required; technical certification or degree preferred.3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude with hand tools, machine shop equipment, and troubleshooting.
Experience with electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Familiarity with CNC machines, Mazak controls, and tooling preferred.
Knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, and rotating equipment.
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Welding, fabrication, and basic machining skills are a plus.

$25 - $30/hour + Night Shift PremiumPosition OverviewThe Manufacturing Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and improving reliability of production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
