Job Description
Looking for someone who is experienced in everyday household repairs and is good with tools. We do not need any professional level skills. Most work will be just regular upkeeping and maintaining the property, with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance. You will be required to do various things such as touching up paint, fixing doors/patching walls, fixing/replacing PTAC units, cleaning air filters and replacing those that need replacing, keeping the parking lot clean and free of debris, minor plumbing like fixing stopped up sink/tub drains, minor electrical work such as replacing outlets and light switches, removing and reapplying caulking, etc. We DO NOT require you to have your own tools but it is always a plus. Most tools you will need, we already have. Hotel/apartment maintenance experience is preferred but definitely not required.
