You will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance but focused on apartment turns. The right candidate will possess the technical skills required to provide quality turns, handle timely resident service requests, and perform preventive maintenance on a schedule, as well as the customer service skills to communicate well with team members and customers, and the caring to make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day. Maintenance experience in residential community or similar
CFC & HVAC
certification preferred Training in plumbing and electrical Reliable transportation in the form of a truck or maintenance vehicle and valid driver's license is required.
