Job Description
Deck Builder — Wide Rivers LLC (Western NC) Wide Rivers LLC is looking for an experienced deck builder to join our crew. We build and repair residential decks across Western North Carolina — wood, composite, and PVC. What you'll do:
- Build new decks from footings to finished railing
- Install deck boards, joists, beams, posts, and ledger boards
- Cut and install stairs, railings, and trim
- Read plans and pull accurate measurements
- Repair and replace existing deck structures What we're looking for:
- Deck building or framing experience
- Comfortable working with pressure-treated lumber and composite materials
- Know how to set posts, level frames, and square layouts
- Own basic hand and power tools
- Shows up on time, does quality work
