PART TIME

Our Company is looking for full-time maintenance staff to join our team in Swansboro, NC. The part-time schedule is approximately 16 hours per week. Applicants must have their own tools and transportation. Duties include, but are not limited to: Keeping the common areas, grounds, and dumpsters maintained and looking well kept. Common maintenance of units such as plumbing, electrical, and painting. Participation in getting units ready for state inspections. Must be available for possible weekend/evening emergency calls.
