As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in supporting both facility maintenance and material handling equipment (MHE) maintenance within our warehouse operations. This position will split responsibilities between maintaining building infrastructure and troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, turrets, aerial lifts, and related warehouse equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and facility-related issues and implement effective repair solutions. Conduct preventive maintenance on both warehouse equipment and building systems to minimize downtime and improve reliability. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems including lighting, plumbing, doors, building infrastructure, and general facility equipment. Assist with electrical troubleshooting, minor repairs, HVAC support, mechanical repairs, carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep. Support grounds maintenance and exterior facility upkeep as needed. Cross-train in additional maintenance disciplines, including refrigeration systems and other industrial maintenance functions, to support career growth and operational flexibility.
