What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a time-sensitive production environment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems Work under tight timelines to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency Collaborate with operations teams to keep production running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills focusing on electronics, plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities Experience with automated equipment Food industry experience preferred Willingness to learn and expand capabilities and competencies Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Why Join Golding?
