If you're someone who can fix, build, troubleshoot, and take pride in your work, this role is your stage. What You'll Do You'll be the go-to problem solver, helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment by: Completing preventative maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly Performing general repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical Troubleshooting HVAC systems and facility equipment Assisting with move-ins and setting up equipment for resident care Responding to and completing work orders in a timely manner Accurately documenting completed work and maintenance logs Participating in an on-call rotation as needed What We're Looking For At least one year of experience in building or facility maintenance HVAC knowledge strongly preferred Valid driver's license required Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team What Hillcrest Has to Offer Multiple health care plans to choose from Vision, dental, and life insurance Professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, certifications, and more Choose when you get paid with Dayforce Wallet Gym membership reimbursement and partner discounts Why Hillcrest?
