A growing property management company is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. We believe teamwork is essential to providing excellent service to our residents, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team. This position will support multiple properties located within the same area , providing a variety of maintenance and property upkeep services.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Previous experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, construction, or a related field is preferred. HVAC experience or certification is a plus, but not required. This position includes participation in an on-call rotation , which may require some evening and weekend availability.

Candidates must have:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic hand tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude Responsibilities Complete routine property maintenance and repairs Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs Prepare apartments for new residents (unit turnovers) Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintain clean and attractive property grounds Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs Assist with general property upkeep and preventative maintenance Provide friendly, professional service to residents Participate in the on-call rotation If you're dependable, hardworking, and looking for a position with variety and flexibility, we'd love to hear from you and learn more about what you can bring to our team!
