Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or management in a timely manner
• Supervise and coordinate contractors for larger repair projects
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their maintenance concerns promptly
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs
• Grounds maintenance such as lawn care and snow removal.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a multifamily setting
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HAVC, and plumbing systems
• Leadership skills to supervise contractors and coordinate repair projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• HVAC certified preferred This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently.
