Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, motivated person to help with part-time property maintenance.

Duties may include:

General property maintenance and repairs Lawn care and outdoor upkeep Painting and minor handyman work Cleaning and property upkeep Other maintenance tasks as needed Flexible part-time hours between 8-5. Experience with general maintenance or handyman work is preferred, but reliability, a good work ethic, and the ability to work independently are most important. Pay based on experience.
