What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Conduct general repairs (e.g., drywall, painting, lawn care, plumbing, electrical). Assist with property upkeep and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. What We're Looking For Valid Drivers License Required High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical or vocational training is a plus. Related experience preferred; on-the-job training provided Physical stamina and dexterity for manual tasks. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Proficient with hand and power tools. Physical Requirements:

Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly. Climb ladders and work at heights. Bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed. Use hands and fingers for detailed repair work. Work in various environments (hot, cold, dusty, noisy, outdoors)
