Do:
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will keep our facility running at peak performance. You'll work on everything from routine preventative maintenance to high-priority emergency repairs.Troubleshoot & Repair:
Diagnose, disassemble, and fix mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.Preventative Maintenance:
Run scheduled PMs to catch issues before they cause costly downtime.Safety First:
Follow rigorous safety guidelines, including strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.Documentation:
Track your work orders and parts using our digital maintenance software. What We reLooking For:
Experience:
Anywhere from 1 to 5+ years of experience in industrial or commercial maintenance. (We scale pay to match your tier-from junior techs to master mechanics!)Skills:
strong mechanical aptitude. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or basic electrical troubleshooting is a major plus.Blueprint Literacy:
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings or technical manuals.Physical Ability:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.Reliability:
