Industrial Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

Do Troubleshoot & Repair:
Diagnose and repair a diverse mix of mechanical, electrical, and automated production machinery (including form-fill-seal machines, robotic systems, conveyor lines, and extrusion equipment).
Maintain & Prevent:
Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules using electronic data entry tracking tools (eQMS/CMMS) to maximize equipment reliability.
System Diagnostics:
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals to work on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical systems.
Inventory & Facility Upkeep:
Track spare parts inventory and support general facility infrastructure needs (light plumbing, mechanical systems, etc.).
Safety First:
Actively participate in the site safety committee and maintain a flawless focus on operational safety protocols.
Core Skills:
Basic proficiency with hand/power tools; fundamental exposure to pneumatic, facility, or low-voltage electrical systems. Highly proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving across mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Facility maintenance experience is a plus.

Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and automated production equipment (including form-fill-seal machines, robotic systems, conveyor belts, extrusion lines, box/tape machines, and forklifts). Apply diagnostic techniques to minimize downtime.
Systems Repair:
Interpret written instructions, service manuals, and electrical schematics to install, troubleshoot, or repair hydraulic, pneumatic, or electro-mechanical systems.
Preventive Maintenance & Documentation:
Develop, maintain, and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules assigned through the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). Perform data entry into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Parts & Inventory Management:
Determine and maintain appropriate spare parts inventory. Identify, source, and requisition parts and supplies needed for repairs.
Facility Support:
Periodically inspect and address interior and exterior facility needs, including plumbing repairs, mechanical systems, and light construction.
Shift Flexibility:
Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Must be available for occasional off-shift or weekend support as needed.
