Company Overview CPManagement is a residential and commercial property management company supporting a diverse portfolio of properties across New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of a property with both commercial and multifamily components. This role is hands-on and essential to ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and well maintained.

This role involves troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and responding to work orders while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and compliance issues Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems Complete maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC support, roofing, and grounds maintenance Respond to work orders and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner Assist with unit turns (make-readies) and preventative maintenance programs Coordinate with vendors as needed for specialized repairs Maintain accurate records of work orders and maintenance activities Participate in a shared on-call rotation for after-hours and emergency maintenance Work overtime as needed during emergencies Follow OSHA regulations and all applicable health, safety, and environmental guidelines Required Qualifications Maintenance experience in residential and/or commercial properties Working knowledge of electrical systems (high & low voltage), plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems Ability to lift 30-50+ lbs and perform physical labor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Availability for on-call rotation, weekends, and overtime as needed High school diploma or equivalent (college or trade school coursework preferred) Ownership of a basic set of hand tools Must submit to and pass a background screening Must submit and pass an alcohol and drug screening Must wear appropriate uniform Work Setting & Schedule Full-time, in-person position 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Shared on-call rotation
