Job Description
Our facility in Carlstadt, NJ is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. Core Responsibilities Perform comprehensive facility and equipment maintenance as a dedicated mechanic. Execute essential mechanical upkeep, including machine lubrication, preventative maintenance tasks, and necessary repairs. Utilize your mechanical aptitude to operate equipment effectively while conducting routine preventative maintenance. Ensure production continuity by performing repairs and maintenance on all machinery as required. Help maintain a safe working environment by identifying performance issues and conducting thorough inspections of all equipment. Suggest and execute improvements or modifications for both new and existing production machinery. Required Qualifications Possess four to five years of professional experience in a maintenance mechanic role. Demonstrate proficiency working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
