Job Description

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE POSITION
An all around, general maintenance position. Reports to Facilities Manager. Requires basic knowledge of plumbing, household electrical, and building repair/maintenance. Most work can be done on your schedule, but some tasks (trash, snow shoveling, dock cleaning, etc.) will need to be done as required. The ideal candidate will be a retiree with the necessary skill set, who is looking to work approximately 20 hours per week during the season (April-November) and approximately 10 hours per week the remainder of the year. Hours are extremely flexible. Experience with inspections, vendor correspondence, fire suppression systems and google workspace is a plus. Pay is commensurate with experience. Salary range is $15-$20 per hour.
