We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable environment by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting where teamwork and problem-solving are key to success. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters Support facilities maintenance tasks including residential painting, HVAC repairs, lighting upgrades, and general building upkeep Supervise or assist with team members during complex repairs or projects while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities Experience Proven experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance with a strong mechanical background Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters Skilled in welding techniques for repair or fabrication tasks Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automation systems Experience with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking Demonstrated ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately Supervising or leadership experience in a maintenance environment is highly desirable Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus but not required Join us as a Maintenance Technician to play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly!
