Job Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our team.

As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for making carpentry repairs, minor plumbing repairs , and minor electrical repairs. The schedule for this role is Mon-Fri 7AM start time. On call schedule is Fri-Fri and is required every 5-6 weeks depending on number of technicians on payroll. Calls range from NJ, PA, DE, and

MD. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL!

• Duties:

• Installation and repairs of flooring
• Ceiling tile replacement
• Door repairs
• Demo, drywall, paint as needed
• Knowledge of hand tools and construction safety
• Operate commercial driving vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites
• Provide assistance to minor plumbing issues such as clogged toilets, urinals
• Provide assistance to minor electrical calls such as light bulb changing

• Experience:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in various settings such as residential, commercial, or industrial
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites and follow safety protocols

• Skills:

• Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical, and HVAC
• Knowledge of hand tools
• Proficiency in maintaining and repairing different calls
• Construction site familiarity for efficient work execution
• Field service capabilities for emergency repairs
• Troubleshooting complex issues

• Certifications:
