The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing general building maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and HVAC-related tasks. Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs. Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work. Inspect the property regularly and identify maintenance or safety issues. Repair or replace damaged fixtures, equipment, and building components. Troubleshoot maintenance problems and complete repairs in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company and building safety procedures. Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and maintenance work. Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, Building Maintenance Worker, or similar role. Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems. Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor repairs independently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage assigned tasks efficiently. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and regulations. Preferred Qualifications HVAC, electrical, or other maintenance-related certifications are a plus. Previous experience working in residential or commercial buildings is preferred. Must have and bring basic tools required to perform assigned maintenance work.
Pay:
$18.75 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
