Key Requirements:
Responding to resident maintenance requests and work orders Performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs Repairing doors, locks, walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinets, and fixtures Painting and completing apartment make-ready work Performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections Maintaining common areas, buildings, and exterior property Troubleshooting maintenance problems and determining appropriate repairs Using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Communicating with residents and property management regarding repairs and maintenance needs
Shifts:
Monday
•Friday 8:00 AM
•5:00 PM Some Weekends On Call Hours 401k and other benefits are available. Discounted or free rent to candidates is offered to employees who pass a trial period. $3/per hour raise after introductory period
