Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment across the facility, including presses, bindery machines, and related systems.
- Carry out routine mechanical tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, part changes, and equipment adjustments.
- Support preventive maintenance efforts to boost equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Respond to maintenance calls on the production floor and assist with equipment checks and inspections.
- Follow all required safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and hazard reporting, to ensure a safe work environment.
- Keep maintenance logs accurate, tools organized, and the work area clean and orderly. Schedule is 1st Shift / 7:00 AM
- 3:00 PM / Monday
- Friday. Pay rate is $25.00

- Mechanical curiosity and comfort working with tools and industrial equipment.
- Ability to pick up new maintenance techniques quickly and apply them on the floor.
- Steady troubleshooting mindset with a willingness to dive into mechanical issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork while supporting production and engineering.
- Consistent focus on safe work habits and following established procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; any technical coursework or training is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, and simple diagnostic equipment.
- Dependable work ethic with the ability to follow directions and learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
