PM Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventative maintenance on high-speed automated production equipment, including print, fold, seal, and mail insertion systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and sensor issues on automated machinery Respond to equipment stoppages and breakdowns, assisting with safe and timely repairs to reduce downtime Support setup, calibration, installation, and changeovers of precision production equipment Work with high-speed personalization and document processing systems Complete preventative maintenance tasks and maintain accurate maintenance records Support continuous operation of industrial mailing and postage equipment Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve uptime and equipment performance Follow all safety, quality, and security procedures in a regulated production environment

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school vocational schooling/training is highly desired Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability Previous manufacturing, maintenance, mechanical, or technical experience preferred Ability to safely use hand and power tools Willingness to learn electrical, pneumatic, and production systems Ability to read basic technical documents or schematics is a plus Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Flexible and willing to work 2nd shift (Mon
