Role:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical systems to prevent failures and minimize downtime Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment and systems, working closely with other departments to ensure prompt resolution Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential safety hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks Collaborate with other maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: Cleaning and lubricating equipment Replacing filters and belts Performing basic electrical and plumbing repairs Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment and systems Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential safety hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management
