Morgan Properties, You Will:

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance issues Complete resident service requests accurately and efficiently Prepare apartments for new residents through quality unit turns Maintain the interior and exterior of the community to company standards Communicate professionally with residents and teammates regarding maintenance updates Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community environment Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to emergency maintenance needs when required Compensation & Benefits $1,000 Sign-On Bonus $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Up to 50%

Quarterly On-Call Appreciation:

Certification required At least one year of maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building maintenance Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on quality workmanship Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to outstanding resident service #AC6150 If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
