Join a growing manufacturing team in Monmouth County, NJ, where your mechanical expertise will help keep high-speed production running safely and efficiently. Job Duties & Responsibilities Set up, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed production and packaging equipment to support scheduled production. Perform mechanical repairs, major equipment overhauls, preventative maintenance, and approved equipment modifications. Read and follow technical manuals, document repairs and adjustments, and work with operators to identify and resolve equipment issues. Follow all safety procedures and GMPs while working independently and collaboratively across shifts as needed. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 4 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a high-speed packaging and/or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance skills with the ability to read technical manuals and follow written procedures. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and visual inspection. Strong communication skills, basic math skills, reliability, and the ability to work overtime or shift changes when required. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience performing major mechanical overhauls and equipment modifications in a manufacturing or packaging environment. Experience working with GMPs and supporting production operations in a high-speed manufacturing facility. Schedule & Compensation 1st

3:30 PM-12:00 AM 3rd

11:30 PM-8:00
AM Pay:
$30-$35/hour, depending on experience Benefits begin the first of the month after 30 days; 401(k) eligibility after 90 days.
