Job Description
Society Hill III Condo Association, located in Galloway, NJ is looking to hire a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to work approximately 20
•30 hours per week. Candidates will work closely with the property management company and the Board of Trustees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : general maintenance, preventative maintenance, grounds care, safety & compliance and building upkeep.
Requirements:
general handyman/maintenance aptitude, capacity to work independently and with limited supervision, ability to stand for extended periods, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. NJ DL is highly preferred. Candidate should enjoy "hands-on" work, problem solving and helping promote a safe, attractive living environment for our residents. Hours are flexible. Salary range is $20
•$25.00/hr., based on experience. Benefits can include Sick, Personal, Vacation and Holiday pay which would be determined based on scheduled work hours. We encourage qualified candidates to submit their resume for immediate consideration.
