The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Part time hours, 8am -1pm, Monday thru Friday with the position moving to fulltime within a 90 day window. Full time position will include rotating call Duties Painting, drywall Electrical and plumbing repairs Carpentry, cabinets, doors Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Assist with small maintenance teams or contractors during complex repairs or projects Work with Maintenance supervisor to support residents and management in the maintaining and upkeep of property. Experience Proven experience in residential maintenance. Skilled in residential painting and drywall methods. Experince with plumbing, toilets, fixtures, leaks. Experience with electrical, outlets, switches, fixtures Appliance installation
