Full-time, Temporary Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dependable General Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of routine maintenance services, including the repair, replacement, installation, and upkeep of building components across campus facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in general building maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00

PM Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacement of building components. Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs as needed. Install, repair, and maintain various building fixtures and equipment. Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively. Work from ladders and perform maintenance tasks at varying heights. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience with basic plumbing and electrical repairs. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience working from ladders and operating power tools safely. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Must provide and maintain personal hand tools. Minimum of three (3) years of general maintenance experience preferred. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
