Maintenance Facilities Technician (1st shift 7:00 am- 3:30 Monday-Friday, Saturdays as needed)

What We Need:
We need a Maintenance Technician who is responsible for supporting building facility repairs and upkeep including but not limited to painting, drywall repair, light electrical work, light plumbing work, light grounds keeping, ect
What You Will Do:
Along with adequate training and support from Maintenance Facility Manager complete tasks and work orders assigned. Utilize computer system for work orders Work with a mechanical aptitude to repair and install items Support 607 Heron Drive and 200 Progress Court locations You will work and communicate with others to ensure efficient and effective operations
What You Need:
High School Education or GED Industrial Technical courses in Industrial Technology preferred 2-5 years of experience in construction, commercial or residential professional trades experience Must be able to complete tasks as in individual contributor Strong team player - good communication (written and verbal), with the ability to train others Boiler Black Seal High Pressure is PLUS!
