What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on residential repair/remodel experience Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, tile, punch work, installations, etc. Clean, professional appearance Customer-service oriented — people actually enjoy having you in their home Positive attitude and team mentality Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and solve problems without melting down over "missing screws" like it's a national emergency
