Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining manufacturing equipment and the facility in optimal working condition. This role supports operations through expertise in mechanical systems, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment installation, modifications, and troubleshooting. All duties must be performed in alignment with our quality and productivity standards. All duties must be performed in a manner that meets quality and productivity objectives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
PROMOTE AND PROVIDE A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL ROCKLINE ASSOCIATES.
Demonstrate a commitment to Rockline's RRITE values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence. Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment as required. Provide timely maintenance support across all departments. Troubleshoot and repair all machinery and process related deficiencies using electrical/mechanical skills. This includes performing general maintenance duties to encompass all facility related equipment. Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair production equipment such as: press, baggers, sealers, conveyors, printers. Ensures their proper care, use, and storage. Preventive Maintenance and repairs: manufacturing support equipment: air compressors, boilers, fans, pumps. Maintain accurate records and manage parts inventory.Requirements:
Excellent safety and attendance record. High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience. 3+ years' experience of maintenance experience or technical trade school graduate. Strong knowledge of utilities equipment and the use of power tools. Experienced and knowledgeable of manufacturing support systems, steam, hydraulics, pneumatics, heating and cooling. Experienced in industrial electrical troubleshooting. Basic electronic troubleshooting and basic computer skills. Knowledge of Work Order program for equipment and machinery. Knowledge of cGMPs and OSHA regulations. Must be available to work overtime Good oral and written communication skills Ability to work at heights up to 30 ft. when necessaryBenefits:
