Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday Hours:

9:00 AM•4:30 PM (or 9:00 AM•3:30 PM, depending on business needs)

Maintenance Technician:

Prepare apartments for new residents with painting, touch-ups, and minor repairs Support the Maintenance Director with daily projects and community upkeep Use your handyman skills to help keep our community safe, beautiful, and running smoothly Organize and maintain maintenance supplies and tools Help create a welcoming environment our residents are proud to call home

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent General maintenance or handyman experience preferred Someone dependable, hands-on, and team-oriented A positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed At Arbor, our residents and team members are at the heart of everything we do.
