$20.00/hour to start

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Mt Laurel, NJ and Pennsauken, NJ (2 job sites) About the Job Junho Cleaning is hiring a skilled, reliable Professional Painter to join our property maintenance team. You'll keep residential and commercial buildings looking fresh, clean and like new. If you take pride in quality work, like working on your own and want steady, year-round work with weekends off , this job is for you. What You'll Do Paint full apartments (walls, ceilings, trim, doors) between tenants Paint hallways, stairwells and common areas Do general painting to keep buildings looking new Make small repairs in occupied apartments: patching holes, drywall touch-ups, caulking and similar work Travel between our Mt Laurel and Pennsauken sites as needed Pick up paint and materials from the supplier when needed Keep work areas clean, protect floors and furniture, and leave every unit ready What We're Looking For Proven painting experience (residential or commercial) Clean, sharp work: cutting in, rolling, trim and touch-ups A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license (required). You'll drive between sites and to pick up materials. Able to work on your own with little supervision Professional and respectful with residents when working in occupied apartments On time, dependable and able to manage your own day Able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Why You'll Like Working With Us Monday to Friday only.
