Pay:
$17.49-$20.40/hour based on experience Bristol Glen is a vibrant continuing care retirement community located on 74 scenic wooded acres in Sussex County. What You'll Do Perform general maintenance of buildings Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, including: Heat pumps Motors and compressors Hot water circulating pumps Fans and unit heaters Condensing coils Motor starters and circuit breakers Control valves, boilers, and cooling towers Thermostats and closed-loop control systems What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Minimum of two (2) years of experience in building maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work Vocational training, trade school certification, or documented apprenticeship may be considered in place of experience Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a motor vehicle in accordance with company policy Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Outlook Ability to operate standard office equipment, including phones, copiers, and printers Why Join UMC?
