Maintenance Mechanic

Job Title:

Maintenance Mechanic As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and resolving problems with existing systems. This includes analyzing system failures, performing repairs, and updating systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably. You will integrate mechanical components with electrical systems, ensuring seamless operation through wiring, connecting sensors and actuators, and programming control systems. Additionally, you will create and maintain detailed documentation of designs, tests, and modifications. Diagnose and resolve system failures to ensure efficient and reliable operation. Collaborate with the team to design machines and devices combining mechanical and electrical controls. Essential Skills Troubleshooting expertise in electromechanical systems. Corrective and preventive maintenance skills. Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and electrical wiring. Knowledge of pneumatics and blueprint reading. Experience with stamping and injection molding machines. Ability to work with 3 phase motors. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northvale, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
