Job Description
Pritchard Industries is a dynamic and innovative provider of comprehensive facility services, dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of our client partners in the industries we serve. With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. We are seeking to hire a Light Duty Maintenance Tech. You will be responsible for small patch & paint jobs, lightbulb & ballast replacement, furniture moves/assembly, mounting whiteboards/frames/TVs and other miscellaneous plumbing/electrical/carpentry duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible. Job Requirements
- Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
- Prior maintenance experience is required.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

$25.00- 29.00/hr
Hours:
40hrs/week, 8:00am- 4:30pm, Monday
