Facility Maintenance Technician South Brunswick, NJ $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Stable Hours. Real Benefits. Long-Term Opportunity. We're hiring a dependable Facility Maintenance Technician to help keep our warehouse and office areas clean, organized, and safe. If you're reliable, hands-on, and take pride in your work, this is a steady role with consistent weekday hours and strong benefits. What You'll Do Maintain warehouse floors, offices, break rooms, and restrooms Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash Operate floor scrubbers and cleaning equipment Restock supplies and keep areas organized Perform light maintenance, including painting, minor repairs, and fixture replacements Monitor facility for safety and cleanliness ✅ What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Able to work independently Comfortable with physical work Prior cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus We value a strong work ethic and consistency.
