Universe Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years of apartment maintenance/make-ready experience. Responsibilities Complete maintenance requests and apartment repairs Prepare market-ready units and complete apartment turns Perform plumbing, painting, appliance repairs, and general maintenance Maintain common areas, grounds, and property cleanliness Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed Follow all safety procedures Qualifications Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance/make-ready experience Experience with maintenance tools and equipment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
