Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Toms River. Skills in painting, drywall and light electrical and plumbing repairs are required. Full time hours, M-F, 8-5, with on call as well. 100 unit apartment complex/senior community You are sole tech on site These are great position with an excellent starting pay rate. ! Excellent leadership team at this top notch company! Duties Respond promptly to maintenance requests, diagnose problems efficiently, and execute repairs with minimal disruption. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference. Collaborate with team members to develop maintenance schedules and prioritize urgent repairs. Requirements Prior residential maintenance or handyman experience Experience with painting, drywall, plumbing and electrical repairs Carpentry, install of cabinest and hang doors, change locks Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to diagnostics and repairs.
