50% rent discount after 90-day probation (subject to availability and continued employment) Job Description We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance operations across a 200-unit residential portfolio . This is a hands-on position (not a supervisory role) for someone who can work independently, multitask effectively, and take ownership of work orders and unit turns. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs across a 200-unit residential portfolio Plumbing repairs including pipe leaks, toilet replacements, faucet and shower repairs, and hot water heater replacements Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs Unit turnovers including light carpentry, kitchen installs, woodwork, patching, and general repairs Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as part of a rotating on-call schedule Complete, update, and close work orders accurately and on time Use AppFolio to manage work orders, notes, and communication Identify and proactively report larger or recurring maintenance issues Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas Multitask across multiple work orders and priorities daily Requirements Residential or multifamily maintenance experience Knowledge of plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Must have own reliable vehicle Valid driver's license Physically able to perform maintenance duties (lifting, bending, climbing stairs, standing for extended periods) Dependable, professional, and responsive Comfortable using AppFolio and a smartphone for work orders and communication Must have basic hand tools (specialty tools provided) Available for rotating after-hours emergency on-call coverage Compensation & Benefits $18
