We're hiring a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to help us deliver top-quality service and comfort to our residents. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property.Tasks include:
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues, and appliances Perform routine maintenance work such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repair Respond promptly to resident service requests Ensure common areas and grounds are clean, safe, and maintained Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergenciesWhat We're Looking For:
We're seeking dependable professionals with strong technical and problem-solving skills.Requirements:
