Job Description
The Maintenance Technician position at our organization requires a reliable and skilled individual with a basic background in industrial mechanics, electrical experience, and mechanical knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in maintenance, and HVAC systems. Qualifications 1.
Basic electrical experience:
understanding of breaker panels, changing outlets, changing equipment plus, etc. 2.Basic plumbing experience:
capable if unclogging drains, switching our faucets/plumbing equipment components, etc. 3.Basic HVAC experience:
capable of changing AC filters, checking unclogging condensate pans/pumps, etc. 4.Tile/masonry work:
capable of changing out floor and wall tiles, re-grouting, painting touch-ups, etc. 5. Any and all construction experience is a plus. Job responsibilities including but are not limited to the following:- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Inspect and maintain properties
- Purchase and/or order maintenance supplies .
