Support with general cleaning or furniture setup duties as and when required. Responsible for preventative maintenance on site, including but not limited to proactive such as a HVAC filter change. To assist with minor plumbing such as unblocking sinks and drains etc. To deal with minor electrical repairs such as replacement of light switches. Investigate possible problems and manage solutions accordingly. Preparing reports of completed and pending work. Determine tools and equipment needed for individual repair or maintenance job.
