This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic seeking stability and growth in a dynamic environment. Job Summary This role will involve a mix of plant and field work, supporting the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment across pumping stations, water storage facilities, and related systems. Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair pumps, motors, HVAC systems, and facility equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems Service chemical feed systems and monitoring equipment Perform preventative maintenance and support system upgrades Inspect system protection and emergency equipment (generators, lighting, etc.) Maintain accurate repair records and parts inventory using CMMS Assist with facility upkeep and support emergency response efforts Follow all safety policies and procedures Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Valid New Jersey driver's license 6+ years of experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot independently Experience with CMMS systems Safety-focused mindset (OSHA/HAZWOPER experience is a plus) Backgrounds in water/wastewater, chemical processing, or similar industrial environments are highly transferable If you're a motivated Maintenance Mechanic looking to join a stable, safety-focused organization, we encourage you to apply.
