Life:

As one of our esteemed Maintenance Technicians, a typical day will start of with a quick maintenance meeting with your supervisor, reviewing goals/tasks for the day, followed by a quick property clean-up. Work orders and/or turns will be assigned based on skillset. These may include light electrical, plumbing, paint, etc. Maintenance Technicians will be provided with all the tools necessary to complete their daily tasks. If you're a hard worker that enjoys variety in each day, this is the job for you!

Maintenance Technician must haves:

General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service

• including electrical, plumbing, paint and drywall experience.

Appliance repairs and evaporative cooler experience is a plus! Displays a friendly and positive team first attitude Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Live within 20 miles of the property for on-call rotation requirements. EPA Type II Certification Preferred but not required Valid Drivers License & Proof of Insurance Pay range based on experience and certifications
