Growth opportunities Lively atmosphere On-the-job training We're looking for a person who appreciates the value of comprehensive preventative maintenance and is familiar with a range of tools including basic hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.

Your work will include:

ensuring the cleanliness of all equipment, performing routine inspections and diagnosing problems with equipment and making the necessary repairs to keep everything in good working condition. You will be expected to implement preventative maintenance procedures while following all safety protocols. Pool maintenance experience is a plus! Maintenance are required to assist with any guest room issues not limited to: HVAC repairs/upkeep, painting, plumbing, carpet shampooing. dry wall plastering, and tv connection troubleshooting. More details about the position and the company will be given at the time of interviewing for the position.
