Position Summary Mr. Handyman of North Albuquerque is seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman/ Home Maintenance Service Professional to perform a wide range of residential and commercial repair and maintenance services. This role is ideal for a multi-skilled trades professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform a variety of small to medium repair and maintenance tasks including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, and general maintenance. Diagnose issues on-site and recommend effective, honest repair solutions. Communicate with customers to help them understand the scope of work and manage expectations about cost and timing. Qualifications 8+ years experience as a handyman, service technician, or multi-skilled trades professional. Strong working knowledge of common residential and commercial repair methods. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ownership of professional-grade tools appropriate for a variety of jobs. Valid driver's license and ability to be insured to operate a company vehicle. Ability to complete a background and driving record check. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work at heights or overhead as required. Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
